Annual 'Super Site' Pitch for 2010
Annual Pitch Fee £1260 + V.A.T.(£1449)
Occupation period on site 50 weeks.
Under your annual pitch agreement your caravan will remain pitched
on site all year ready for occupation by yourself and three other
persons and your fee includes the water connection and drainage.
Our 50 week licence allows you the flexibility of using your caravan
at any time throughout the year, with the exception of the first
two weeks in January, and affords you the convenience of enjoying
your break away from home without the burden of setting up.
Alternatively use your base here as a stepping stone to explore
what Devon and Cornwall have to offer.
Awnings can remain pitched at all times ready for use and are free
of charge.
Your only charge whilst on the Park is your electricity charged at
the nightly tariff rate of £3.50* per night.
If you wish you may also allow other persons to use your caravan
subject to them paying at our standard tariff rates.
